Welcome to our Nerdle feed. Here we find the nerdy equations for the day to make life simpler for you. All you’ve got is six attempts to get the correct answer, which isn’t a cakewalk at all. However, if you’ve just discovered Nerdle, here is all you need to know about this nerdy mathematical puzzle.

What is Nerdle?

Nerdle is another Wordle-inspired game with a fresh take on the world of internet-based puzzles. Like Wordle, simplicity is the magic Nerdle is aiming for, giving you some simple attempts to guess the not-so-simple puzzle. A data scientist named Richard Mann came up with the idea of creating a Wordle-like mathematical puzzle while having a chat with his young daughter.
Like Wordle, you can only play Nerdle once a day. You can only access the game via your mobile or desktop browsers, and it comes without any ads or permission requirements. Nerdle, like Wordle and others inspired by it, actively discourages addiction, unlike other data-hungry games of today.

How to Play Nerdle?

The gameplay of Nerdle is almost identical to Wordle. The only difference is that instead of letters, you need to insert numbers and numeric symbols to guess the equation for the day. You need to go to the official website to access the game, where you get a grid of six slots with eight blocks each. Start playing by inserting your first guess, and ensure it has as many different numbers and symbols as possible. The only criterion is that it should be a logical equation.

For instance, you can type 4x5+6=26. After making your first guess, the numbers or symbols presented in the correct equation will be highlighted in purple and will turn green if they are in their correct positions. The correct equation will turn all blocks in a slot green. If you fail to get it done in six attempts, the game will display the correct answer.

What is the Nerdle for September 6?

Today’s Nerdle is one of the easier ones. The answer is in the 20s, with only one numeric symbol in the equation. The equation also has a single digit in two positions, with the only other digit being a prime number. Pretty sure you’ve got it, haven’t you?

Here’s the correct equation for September 6:
8+8+7=23
That’s all for today, nerds. Will be back tomorrow with another nerdy equation.
