The NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament 2023 bracket is locked in as the full 68-team kicks into gear on Sunday during the CBS NCAA Basketball Championship Selection Show. This week, the March Madness is ready with the First Four games taking the spotlight in Dayton and Ohio.
