Newly appointed Director of National Intelligence (DNI) in the Trump administration Tulsi Gabbard has already dropped a bombshell suggesting that more than a hundred intelligence officers would be facing termination following their participation in the exchange of sexually explicit messages in National Security Agency chat rooms, according to a CNN report.

New NSA scandal comes to light?

As per Gabbard, more than 100 intelligence officers participated in or contributed to the violation of trust and responsibility that they are entrusted with by indulging in 'really, really horrific behavior' in chat rooms that are supposed to be used in the most professional manner.

Tulsi Gabbard has already announced that she will be issuing a directive at the earliest which will include the termination of the involved intelligence officers and their security clearances will also be revoked. These explicit messages first came to light following a revelation by conservative activist Christopher Rufo, who writes for City Journal, and then the office of DNI got involved in trying to find out which officers were involved in such explicit activities in the first place. DNI then sent a memo to diffeent offices trying to identify officials who were indulged in the exchange of 'obscene, pornographic, and sexually explicit' content on chat rooms. Soon after this announcement by Tulsi Gabbard followed.
