Nashville’s ‘Let Freedom Sing!’: How to watch, who is performing on July 4 and more details

The Music City, Nashville, is preparing for Let Freedom Sing! in full swing.

Nashville has, in recent years, emerged as one of the all-genre entertainment hubs of the US. Nashville residents know that their city is the ultimate “Music City”. Now, it is ready to host ‘Let Freedom Sing! Music City July 4th’ scheduled to take place in downtown Nashville – on the banks of the Cumberland River, with its main stage at First Tennessee Park.

How to watch?


Fans can catch the action on CNN and CMT as the festivities kick off in downtown Nashville at 12 p.m. CT and end with a 30-minute-fireworks display from 9:30 to 10 p.m. CMT will air Brad Paisley's performance and the fireworks from 9 to 10 p.m. CT, while CNN will provide live coverage all night. Additionally, the fireworks show will be streamed live on the Visit Music City website.


Who is performing?


Let Freedom Sing! line-up features a diverse range of talented musicians in Nashville. Headlined by country superstar Brad Paisley, the event also includes performances by The War Treaty, Ben Rector, Langhorne Slim, Tiera Kennedy, Troubadour Blue, Les Kerr & The Bayou Band, and The Magi.

The festivities kick off with Troubadour Blue at noon, followed by Les Kerr at 1 p.m. and The Magi at 3 p.m. Tiera Kennedy will perform the national anthem at 4 p.m., followed by Langhorne Slim at 4:45 p.m., The War & Treaty at 5:40 p.m., Ben Rector at 6:40 p.m., and Brad Paisley from 8:05 to 9:20 p.m. After Paisley's set, the fireworks will begin at Ascend Amphitheater, accompanied by the Nashville Symphony and a spoken-word narration by Armand Hutton, a Grammy Award-nominated arranger and bass singer.
