Cast

Five actors have been added to the recurring cast of My Life With the Walter Boys for its second season. The new cast members are Natalie Sharp, Carson MacCormac, Janet Kidder, Riele Downs and Jake Manley. The returning cast includes Nikki Rodriguez as Jackie, Sarah Rafferty as Katherine and Marc Blucas as George.

Plot

The series is based on Ali Novak’s novel. It tells the story of Jackie Howard, a 15-year-old girl from Manhattan. Jackie loses her family in an accident and moves to Colorado to live with her guardian and mother’s best friend, Katherine. She lives in a rural area with her husband and 10 children.

Jackie tries to adjust to her new life. She struggles with the differences between her structured upbringing and her chaotic new home. While focusing on her goal to attend Princeton, she also deals with her feelings for two of the Walter brothers, Alex and Cole.

Production

Production for Season 2 recently finished in Canada. The new season is set to premiere in 2025.

Melanie Halsall is the showrunner and executive producer. Other executive producers include Ed Glauser and Becky Hartman Edwards. The series is produced by Sony Pictures Television and iGeneration Studios. Jason Priestley directed several episodes for the upcoming season.
