Musk reportedly battled bladder issues linked to near-daily Ketamine use while endorsing Trump for president

Reports say Elon Musk used ketamine very often around the time he backed Donald Trump. Friends were worried about his drug use and behavior. Musk had said he only used it in small doses for depression, but sources claim it was much more than that.

Elon Musk used ketamine almost every day, according to people close to him. His bladder problems started around the same time he was supporting Donald Trump for president. Musk also mixed ketamine with other drugs, including ecstasy and magic mushrooms. His drug use blurred the line between medical treatment and fun, which worried his friends, as per reports.

Musk had claimed earlier that he used a small amount of ketamine once every two weeks to treat depression. But hours before a planned appearance in the White House with Trump, sources said his drug use was way more than that. He travelled with a pill box carrying 20 tablets, some looked like Adderall, according to The New York Times report.

Philip Low, a neuroscientist and ex-friend, said Musk’s behavior had worsened and mentioned a “Nazi-like” salute at a rally. It’s unclear if Musk continued using drugs after entering the White House, but his behavior became weirder. He insulted cabinet members, gave confused interview answers, and lost focus during White House events, as per reports.

At the same time, the media was full of stories about his complex personal life, including having many kids with different women. On Wednesday, Musk quit his government role and said he’s going back to running his businesses. Neither Musk nor his lawyer responded when asked about the drug claims.

Musk had earlier said he didn’t like illegal drugs and used ketamine only because it was prescribed for depression. SpaceX, which does work for the US government, is supposed to be drug-free. But Musk was warned in advance before random drug tests. At Tesla, some board members were also worried about Musk’s drug use, as stated in The Wall Street Journal report.

Musk told Don Lemon last year that he only used “a small amount” and said if he took too much, he wouldn’t be able to work. Musk supported Trump strongly last summer, especially after Trump survived an assassination attempt, as per report.

In October, Musk and Trump appeared on stage together, and Musk even jumped up energetically. After Trump’s election, Musk stayed at Mar-a-Lago, helped with building the administration, and planned to reduce the federal workforce using tech.

Sam Harris, a public thinker, accused Musk of spreading lies on social media and said Musk might have a broken moral compass. Stephen Miller, one of Trump’s top aides, said Musk’s drug use wasn’t a concern. He said, “The drugs we’re worried about are crossing the border.”
