MultiVersus game's release date announced. Read details here

The highly anticipated free-to-play crossover fighting game, MultiVersus, will be released on July 26 this year alongside the Open Beta Phase. Published by Warner Bros and created by Player First Games, it features characters like Superman, Arya Stark, Batman, Iron Giant, Bugs Bunny and others. The Open Beta version will be made available on PlayStation 4 (PS4), PlayStation 5 (PS5), Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and advanced PCs with seamless server support. Players, who took part in the Closed Beta Phase and others succeeding in getting the product keys from Twitch Drops, will be able to enjoy early access of the MultiVerses game one week before the official launch i.e. July 19.

The MultiVersus's Open Beta gameplay trailer featured Iron Giant, who is a part of a list including big names like the Harley Quinn, Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Shaggy, Bugs Bunny, Tasmanian Devil, Finn the Human, Steven Universe, Garnet, Arya Stark, Tom & Jerry, Jake the Dog along with the special character Reindog.

There will be eight maps in the MultiVersus's Open Beta and Early Access. This includes interesting games, such as The Batcave, Scooby's Haunted Mansion and Adventure Time's Tree Fort. The MultiVersus will come with several game modes, such as 2 vs. 2 team-based cooperative mode, 1 vs. 1 matches, 4-player free-for-all, co-op vs. A.I. matches.


Others comprise of custom online lobbies, tutorials, The Lab (practice mode) and local play, which can be played between four players.

The unique upcoming game, MultiVersus, will be a two-versus-two platform fight deeply inspired by Super Smash Bros.
MultiVersus gets characters from different franchises coming under the WB banner i.e. Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment. This boils down to the fact that players will witness characters like Batman and Harley Quinn fighting against the Jake and Finn.
