Mookie Betts’ wife Brianna sends one-word message to Freddie Freeman’s wife Chelsea after Dodgers clinch title

Professional athletes’ partners often gain public visibility by extension, and the Los Angeles Dodgers are no exception. First baseman Freddie Freeman’s wife Chelsea has 658,000 Instagram followers, while shortstop Mookie Betts’s wife Brianna has more than 68,000. The Dodgers’ wives share a joint Instagram account, @ladodgerwives, which features group photos, family snapshots, and celebrations. The account currently has over 212,000 followers.

Ahead of Game 7 of the 2025 World Series, Brianna Betts reposted a photo of herself and Chelsea Freeman wearing matching jackets embroidered with their husbands’ last names. She wrote “WAGS!!” across the image, a term referring to “wives and girlfriends” of professional athletes.

Chelsea Freeman and her husband, Freddie Freeman, have been married since 2014 and share three sons, Charlie (born 2016), Brandon (2020), and Maximus (2021). Dodgers clinch World Series repeat in extra innings

The Los Angeles Dodgers defeated the Toronto Blue Jays 5-4 in 11 innings in Game 7 at Rogers Centre, capturing their second consecutive World Series title. Los Angeles erased an early deficit with a ninth-inning rally before Will Smith’s go-ahead home run sealed the win in the 11th inning.
