Virginia Giuffre, who accused British royal family member Prince Andrew of sexual abuse, is set to take revenge months after her death as her memoir awaits release. Her autobiography, Nobody's Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice, will be released on October 21, 2025, according to The Sun. The 400-page manuscript was finished before Giuffre took her own life. Giuffre, who died on April 25, 2025, aged 41, sued Andrew, claiming that he sexually assaulted her when she was 17 and under the spell of pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein, according to the Daily Mail.

The Duke settled out of court but has constantly denied any wrongdoing. Prince Andrew, 65, finalized the civil case against him in New York for a reported £12 million in 2022, the Daily Mail reported. The allegations against the Royal family member date back to 2001.

What will Giuffre’s autobiography reveal about

Giving details about Giuffre’s memoir in a statement, publishers Alfred A Knopf said that the book contains intimate, disturbing, and heartbreaking new details about her time with Epstein, fellow sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell, and their many well-known friends, including Prince Andrew, according to the Daily Mail.

The statement also mentioned an email sent on April 1, 2025, by Giuffre to author-journalist Amy Wallace a few weeks before her death, according to The Sun. The email stated that it was her 'heartfelt wish' the memoir be released 'regardless' of her circumstances. She was injured in a car crash in March, 2025 and died on April 25, 2025.

“The content of this book is crucial, as it aims to shed light on the systemic failures that allow the trafficking of vulnerable individuals across borders. It is imperative that the truth is understood and that the issues surrounding this topic are addressed, both for the sake of justice and awareness,” the email read.

“In the event of my passing, I would like to ensure that Nobody's Girl is still released. I believe it has the potential to impact many lives and foster necessary discussions about these grave injustices,” it further stated.

What were Giuffre’s claims before her death

Giuffre had claimed multiple times that she was taken to London from Florida by Epstein and Maxwell in 2001 when she was 17. According to the Daily Mail, she alleged that, after a night at Mayfair hotspot Tramp, the pair (Andrew and Giuffre) had sex in Maxwell's home in London where they had been photographed. Virginia alleged Prince Andrew had sexually assaulted her on three occasions when she was under the age of 18, The Sun reported.

The court documents revealed that she claimed Epstein trafficked her at age 17 to have sex with Andrew at Maxwell’s flat in Belgravia, London; at Epstein’s New York mansion; and on his private island, Little St. James, in the US Virgin Islands. The Duke of York denied having sex with her in London in 2001 and said he has no recollection of a photo of the pair together being taken, according to The Sun.
