Model Paulina Gretzky ties knot with golfer Dustin Johnson after 8 years of engagement

Model Paulina Gretzky and star golfer Dustin Johnson have officially become husband and wife. They tied the knot more than eight years after announcing their engagement. They had announced their engagement way back in August 2013. While Paulina is 33 years old, Johnson is 37. Paulina is the eldest child of hockey legend Wayne Gretzky.

The wedding ceremony was held on April 23, 2022, at Blackberry Farm, a five-star resort located in the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. They exchanged vows in the presence of close family and friends. The now-married couple has two sons - Tatum (7) and River (4) - who were also present at the wedding. Reportedly, Paulina wore a Vera Wang dress for the wedding.

Several celebrities also attended the wedding. Stars like Paige DeSorbo, Craig Conover, Hannah Selleck, and Austen Kroll were notable among them. The celebrities were spotted in a wedding video posted on Instagram.


Paulina had also hosted a luncheon just a day before her wedding. She arranged the luncheon for the wedding guests. Ahead of their wedding, she also posted a note from Johnson on her Instagram handle wherein the star golfer had expressed his love for Gretzky.

The model has appeared in many movies, including "Grown Ups 2," which was released in 2013. On the other hand, Dustin Johnson is former No. 1 and currently the ninth-ranked golfer in the world. He has bagged two major championships, including the Masters in 2020. He has recently played in the RBC Heritage event, which took place last week.

Paulina's mom had shared the wedding news on Instagram while posting a photo of the model's father, Wayne Gretzky.

Earlier, Johnson had revealed that he met Paulina at a dinner hosted by her parents. He said that they had been friends for a long time when they started dating.
