Dune 2 star Zendaya may just be a part of Disney’s live-action remake of Moana if fan theories are to be believed. A concept trailer of Moana’s live-action film is going viral, with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Zendaya in it.

On April 3, 2023, Dwayne Johnson and Disney confirmed the Moana remake, a live-action film on the adorable Disney princess Moana who had her animated film in 2016.

Is Zendaya in Moana remake?

Dwayne Johnson announced his reprisal as Maui, who he had voiced in the animation film. Actor Auli'i Cravalho, however, will not be reprising her role as Princess Moana in the live-action Disney project.

Knowing this fact, fans of Zendaya are betting on her to get signed up for Moana to play the princess. The young actor is one of the biggest current stars in Hollywood, having also starred in Spider-Man with his boyfriend Tom Holland.
