Microsoft Outlook: Here’s how to change the theme on Web, Mac, Windows
Did you know you could change the theme of Outlook? Here’s how you can do it.

The availability of theme options depends on the operating system and browser version. To personalize your inbox and enhance the overall experience, you can change the Outlook theme in your account settings.
On Web
1. Open your Outlook inbox and click on the gear icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. From the "Featured" list, select a theme that you like.
3. If none of the featured themes appeal to you, click on "View all" to explore the complete library of themes.
On Mac
1. Click on the Apple icon situated in the upper left corner of your screen.
2. Choose "System Preferences" from the dropdown menu.
3. Select "General."
4. From the options available, choose either "Dark" or "Auto" mode for your computer.
5. Launch the Outlook Macbook app.
6. In the top menu bar, click on "Outlook."
7. From the dropdown menu, select "Preferences."
8. Click on "General."
9. Ensure that the "Turn off Dark Mode" box is unchecked under the "Personalize" section. If it is checked, uncheck it.
On Windows PC
1. Open the Outlook desktop app.
2. Click on "File."
3. From the left blue column, select "Options."
4. In the "Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office" section, click on the dropdown menu for "Office Theme."
5. Choose one of the four options available in the dropdown.
6. Click "OK" to save your changes.
