According to a report by Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) 2022, leading technology giant Microsoft India emerged as India's most attractive employer brand.

Mercedes Benz India was the first runner-up.

e-commerce giant Amazon India comes at the third place.

American IT company Hewlett Packard-India, also known as HP India, stood strong at the fourth position.

The homegrown IT companies Infosys, Wipro and TCS come in at the fifth, sixth and seventh positions in the top 10 most-attractive employers list.

Tata Steel, Tata Power Company and Samsung also managed to make it to the top 10 list in the eighth, ninth and tenth spots.

As per the REBR 2022 findings, work-life balance is the most important factor for around 63 per cent of working professionals in India.

The report also revealed that work-life balance is followed by attractive salary and benefits and a good reputation of the organization.

For the research, Randstad India’s annual employer branding research covered more than 70% of the global economy with 31 participating countries and close to 1.63 lakhs respondents worldwide this year.
