On Thursday, Microsoft 365 faced an outage that impacted over 16,000 users. Downdetector, a website that tracks online outages, confirmed the disruption. The company said it is investigating the problem, which has prevented users from accessing multiple Microsoft 365 services. Microsoft has not yet provided any details about the cause of the outage. What is the status of outage?
At the peak of the outage, around 23,000 users reported issues with Microsoft 365. However, as time passed, some users on social media mentioned that services were beginning to function normally again. As of 9:12 A.M. Microsoft's Azure cloud platform also responded to user complaints. Azure mentioned that it is looking into issues related to connecting Microsoft's services through AT&T networks. AT&T’s Response
