Melania Trump is outraged over this shocking decision by the Biden admin; this is what happened
Melania Trump is upset that the Department of Homeland Security has released her late mother's immigration records, calling it a breach of privacy. The 166-page document included sensitive information like addresses and medical records.

The Heritage Foundation's ongoing battle over Prince Harry's visa application filings coincided with the release of 166 pages of documents pertaining to Amalija Knavs, who passed away in January at the age of 78, as quoted in a report by the Daily Mail.
According to the Daily Mail, Mrs. Trump is understandably upset, states Michael Wildes, Knavs' immigration attorney. She intends to investigate options for retaliation in order to safeguard her family.
Her family questioned how such a sensitive disclosure was allowed after the Washington, D.C.-based think tank revealed that the records were made public in May, just 11 days after a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was filed.

This extreme and heinous breach of Ms. Knavs's immigration file—which contains extremely private medical records and addresses that affect her family's safety—is a ridiculous insult, not only to Ms. Knavs and her family, including former First Lady Melania Trump, but also to the very principles of privacy and confidentiality, stated the attorney.
Knavs' immigration lawyer, Wildes, who witnessed her sworn in as a U.S. citizen in 2018, claimed that the shocking and completely unnecessary disclosure had desecrated her memory.
Her negative HIV test result and her vaccination records for chickenpox and other illnesses are also included, along with other medical and immunization records.
Through a FOIA request that was ultimately turned down, the Heritage Foundation had sought the immigration records of the Duke of Sussex.
The conservative organization Heritage plans to appeal the decision to make Prince Harry's immigration papers public. In 2023, Heritage sued the Department of Homeland Security for the release of Harry's immigration papers to show if he had answered truthfully about his past drug use. However, the DHS refused Heritage's initial Freedom of Information (FOIA) request and subsequent efforts to obtain the Duke's paperwork.
