McDonald's in UK comes out with new summer menu which includes Tiramisu, Halloumi Fries and more

The hot sunny season is around, and McDonald's is ready to challenge it with mouthwatering new items on its menu. The summer menu is set to launch across June and July, the first of which will launch this week. That means fast food fans can now relish halloumi fries at the McDonald's joint, Tiramisu, and four new burgers.

On Wednesday, 8 June, McDonald's stores across the UK will inaugurate their 'Taste of Italy' menu, including the Italian Stack and the Crispy Chicken Italiano burgers. The Italian Stack will have two beef patties, crisp onions, mozzarella, tomato sauce, and roasted tomatoes, topped with rich cheesy sauce and crunchy lettuce. The Crispy Chicken Italiano will have a ciabatta style bun with a crispy chicken fillet, basil pesto sauce, lettuce, mozzarella, red onion, and tomato.

As the go-to side order, Mozzarella dips are also back. Add a tiramisu-flavoured McFlurry, that's making its debut in this all-new Italian menu. McDonald's will launch the second wave of the menu on Wednesday, 27 July, with two new burgers, a yum cheezy side dish, and a heat-defeating refreshing citrus soft drink.


The Spicy Spanish Stack burger comprises a paprika bun, two beef patties, spicy tomato sauce, chilli cheddar, red onion, and lettuce. On the other hand, there will be a Chicken Fiesta burger with a paprika bun, a crispy chicken fillet, chorizo, spicy tomato sauce, chilli cheddar, lettuce, and red onion. There will also be Spanish Fruit Punch, a refreshing and bold berry and citrus flavoured soft drink.

However, it's the Halloumi fries that are taking all the limelight. McDonald's will be serving four soft halloumi sticks in each serving, lightly coated in batter with the side of red tomato sauce. However, to accommodate these mouthwatering new items, this fast-food chain is bound to drop some items from its menu, including the Grand Big Mac and McSpicy chicken burger and Flake McFlurry.
