The incident happened at a McDonald's store in Indiana. The employees at the store accidentally gave the bag containing thousands of dollars in cash to the customer, who has been identified as Josiah Vargas. This mix up occurred when Vargas went to the store to pick up his ordered food.

A video was also posted on TikTok by Vargas over the incident. In the clip, Vargas can be seen taking out small plastic bags of cash from the bag given by McDonald's employees.


Vargas also asks in the video, "What is this? Why would they do this? Why would you guys do this? You know how bad I want this money?”

He looks to think what he should do with the bag full of cash at this moment.
