Following his untimely death on October 28, many are curious about what will happen to Matthew Perry's estate and the millions of "Friends" he left behind.

There could be options that can happen now.

There might be a trust, which would be managed discreetly by his trustee. It is possible that he had a will, in which case the court would oversee its administration. In the event that he possessed neither, a regulatory framework specifying his heirs who would inherit his estate is in existence.

Perry's parents are still living, but he never married or had kids. They would divide his property. But after his parents, the next option is his siblings.

Perry reportedly receives $20 million in residual income per year, along with his co-stars on "Friends," Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, and David Schwimmer.

Friends of the late "Friends" star said on Friday that they will launch the Matthew Perry Foundation to support others struggling with drug misuse. Authorities announced in a statement to "Entertainment Tonight" that Matthew Perry's lifelong dedication to aiding others battling the disease of addiction has culminated in the creation of the Matthew Perry Foundation.
