In the documentary, he has alleged that the late Friends star was given 27 doses of ketamine, according to a report in The New York Post.
He received this from people "who should have known much better,” Estrada stated.

Arrests in the case

On August 7 last year, Kenneth Iwamasa, who earlier served as Perry's live-in personal assistant, pleaded guilty of conspiracy to distribute ketamine leading to death.
While people used to call these as overdose deaths and do more blaming of the victim in the past, Estrada said that such things are not done anymore.
He added that a major takeaway from the death case of Perry is that when an individual involved in reckless activity causes the death of others, there needs to be accountability.
What happened on October 28, 2023?
On October 28, 2023, Perry is said to have asked Iwamasa to administer a ketamine shot in the morning, as per the plea agreement signed by his long-time assistant. After nearly four years, Perry was injected with another dose as he watched a film at his home in Pacific Palisades.
Perry then again asked Iwamasa for another shot — this time just 40 minutes after the second shot.
Iwamasa claimed that the actor asked him to give a “big one” this time and ordered to prepare the hot tub. When Iwamasa came back, he found Perry face down in the hot tub.
