Matt Hancock to appear on I’m a Celebrity 2022: See how much he will get paid
The most controversial contestant of "I'm a Celebrity.. Get Me Out of Here," Matt Hancock, was the major subject of discussion among critics recently. It's reported that he is getting paid a whopping £400,000 for the appearance in the show.

Matt says he intends to donate a sizable portion of the fee to charity. The donation, according to his spokesperson, will be a profound contribution towards the programmes running to support dyslexia patients. The spokesperson also confirmed that Hancock will not keep his income from the show a "secret." Whatever amount he will get will be disclosed in the parliament to keep utmost transparency.
Matt had to resign as the Health Secretary last year when he kissed a colleague, breaking social distancing protocol, during the COVID-19 pandemic. The UK saw one of the highest death tolls among the European countries.
Matt’s paycheck from the show is huge (7th biggest paycheck ever paid to any recipient). In the past, Ian Wright and Amir Khan too have received the same amount for their participation. Highest-ever fee paid was of £600,000, which was paid to Noel Edmonds.
Ever since Matt Hancock confirmed his appearance on the show, he's become the target of public and political peers. He has been accused of leaving his moral duty of serving the people to earn money.
