Mar-a-Lago search fallout: Donal Trump ally threatens 'riot in the streets'

Recently, law enforcement hit Donald Trump with a few charges regarding some classified documents. During an interview, Republican Senator Lindsey Graham said that there could be riots in the streets if ex-president Donald Trump is prosecuted.

As per sources, when Trump moved out of the White House, he took some classified documents with him to his Mar-a-Lago home.

Lindsey Graham said that following the Hillary Clinton debate, there could be riots in the streets if there’s some prosecution against Donald Trump.


Lindsey Graham gave this statement on Sunday Night with America, hosted by Trey Gowdy, the former South Carolina congressman.

Senator Lindsey Graham also calls out the 'double standard' of the current government.

Speaking to a news agency, South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham said that many Republicans, including him, believe that when it comes to Donald Trump, there’s no law followed by the state. It all comes down to getting him alone.

Law enforcement officials investigated a lot to retrieve the classified documents from Donald Trump. The Justice Department is investigating Donald Trump’s mishandling of classified government documents. Federal agents were appointed to handle this case, and earlier this month, some boxes of classified documents were seized being stashed at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago house. These boxes contained classified documents and some highly confidential information that should never have gone out of the White House.

Moreover, a call recording between Donald Trump and Brad Raffensperger was also recovered. Brad Raffensperger is the Georgia State Secretary.

During the call, Donald Trump could be heard asking for votes to turn his 2020 presidential campaign from defeat to victory. He pleaded with them to give him eleven thousand votes, enough for him to win the election.

In the 2020 Presidential election, Joe Biden of the Democratic Party defeated Donald Trump and became the 59th President of the United States. Joe Biden got more than eight million votes, the highest in US presidential election history. Kamala Harris became the Vice President.

Lindsey Graham said that the FBI was asked to back off from searching anything from Hunter Biden, Joe Biden’s son’s laptop so that none of this story breaks out during the presidential election and does not affect Biden's reputation.



The censored affidavit used by the FBI agents to obtain a search warrant for Donald Trump’s house also revealed what else the Justice Department knew about the classified documents before searching Donald Trump’s house.

After Lindsey Graham’s interview on Sunday evening, Donald Trump shared a clip from the interview. However, the citizens did not positively respond to this. If politicians made violent threats like riots in the streets were made during every investigation, what would the citizens do? Sit at home?

One citizen commented that the Senate should censure Lindsey Graham because of this threat. Another person wrote, "How can Lindsey Graham defeat someone like Trump when they know he’s guilty?"

What probe is held against Lindsey Graham?

Lindsey Graham is also fighting a probe. In this probe, Lindsey Graham is battling a subpoena to appear before the grand jury. Fani Willis launched his probe as he’s the District Attorney of Fulton County. This probe is mainly responsible for looking into whether any of Trump’s allies were involved with him in the alleged voting breach during the 2020 Presidential election.

In the interview with Trey Gowdy, Lindsey Graham mentioned Hillary Clinton, the former State Secretary.

During her tenure, Hillary Clinton sparked controversy after using a public email server for official state communications rather than the official email server.

Her email server was found to have over a hundred classified emails, some labelled as secret, and others labelled as top secret.

This was considered a violation of federal law.

After three years of investigation and more than thirty thousand recovered emails, no deliberate attempt to mishandle classified emails was found.

Lindsey Graham mentioned this during the interview because Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump used to do the same practice.
