Last night’s NXT Women’s Championship match was crucial as the 400-day Champion of the series Mandy Rose lost to Roxanne Perez, the Iron Survivor. As per recent reports, the company released the Golden Goddess after her defeat.

Mandy Rose, last year, moved to the developmental brand. She dominated the NXT Women’s Championship and created Toxic Attraction too. Rose lost to Perez in the previous night’s match of the NXT Women’s Championship. The two champions, however, were ready to face each other at the New Year’s Evil NXT match.

The morning after the match, Sean Ross Sapp reported that the WWE had released the former Champion and ended their contract. The rumoured reports also suggest that the Golden Goddess posted content on her BrandArmy page, putting the officials in a challenging position to take the decision. The officials thought the posts did not meet the parameters of their deal.
