Manchester City, and Arsenal are looking to win Premier League title on the last day of Premier League season. Manchester United and Chelsea are aiming to salvage pride.

If City wins against West Ham, they will lift the trophy and the club will become the first team to win four consecutive titles since the Premier League became England's top division in 1992. However, if they draw or lose, and Arsenal win against Everton, then trophy will head to the iconic London club. Interestingly, both City and Arsenal's games are on home ground.
