Manchester City are English Premier League champions, Pep Guardiola eyes Manchester United's longstanding record

Manchester City defeated Chelsea 1-0 on Sunday at the Etihad stadium to win a third consecutive Premier League title. Pep Guardiola's champion side clinched a fifth title in six seasons on Saturday when second-placed Arsenal were beaten 1-0 at Nottingham Forest.
