After reportedly shooting a FedEx employee dead at Philadelphia International Airport, a man has been charged with criminal homicide.
The Delaware County District Attorney's Office has filed criminal homicide, first- and third-degree murder, and firearms charges against Keith Lamont Blount, 59, of Philadelphia.
On October 7, according to reports, FedEx driving instructor Bartholomew Masciulli, 51, was shot by Blount in the airport's Cargo City sector.
Witnesses remembered seeing a man talking to the Jeep's driver. Five shots were then fired into the automobile by the man, who then drove off in a Honda Accord.
Police officers from Tinicum Township found Masciulli's body inside a Jeep Patriot. When they found him, he had been shot in the face, and he was already dead.
Blount allegedly killed Masciulli because, after an evaluation on August 29, he did not authorize him to be a driver for the parcel delivery company, according to the authorities.
