A bizarre photograph has emerged, serving as a cautionary tale for restaurants, showcasing a diner who cunningly devised a peculiar act to secure complimentary meals.

The audacious individual orchestrated this dramatic charade at various dining establishments, primarily within the picturesque locales of Costa Blanca, Spain, according to a report by Daily Star.

Revealing the intricate details of his ruse, one restaurant owner unveiled that the man, after ordering a Russian salad, would indulge in several glasses of White Label whiskey before theatrically feigning a heart attack. Notable among the restaurants he targeted were El Buen Comer and Sale&Pepe, both nestled in the charming town of Alicante.

"The performance was nothing short of theatrical; he would simulate fainting and dramatically collapse onto the restaurant floor," the manager of El Buen Comer conveyed to Daily Star.

In an effort to thwart his repeat performances, the restaurant owners have circulated his photograph to all local eateries, cautioning them to remain vigilant and not serve him.

A worker at Sale&Pepe shared, "We've all received a warning along with his photograph, advising us to exercise caution and refrain from serving him."

However, the man's antics have now led to his incarceration for 42 days on charges of "minor crimes." This penalty was imposed after he stubbornly refused to pay two fines, deeming each incident as a minor financial transgression.

Meanwhile, the affected restaurant proprietors are contemplating lodging a collective complaint, a move that could potentially result in a two-year prison sentence for the man.

Commenting on the situation, a legal representative from the Navarra Sancho law firm stated, "He has exploited the legal system; with these small unpaid fines, securing a longer prison sentence becomes a challenging endeavor."

In conclusion, the man's audacious antics have not only left a trail of restaurant owners wary of his capers but also placed him on the brink of facing more severe legal repercussions.
