Mama June is taking Anna's Ashes to Disney World on a holiday trip

Following the loss of Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell, Mama June and her family are honoring their pre-discussed plan to spend the holidays at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. Sources reveal to TMZ that the family, having rented a house in the area, will be accompanied by a small urn containing some of Anna's ashes, aiming to create a sense of her presence during the week together.

Mama June, Alana "Honey Boo Boo," along with her boyfriend Dralin Carswell, Lauryn "Pumpkin" Efird and her family, and Anna's daughter, Kaitlyn, are all set to visit the Mouse House. Anna's ex-husband, Michael, received an invite for their kid, Kylee, though it's uncertain if she'll be joining them.

Christmas will undoubtedly be challenging for the girls following the recent loss of their mother. Although there are no intentions to bring Anna's ashes to the theme park, Kaitlyn plans to wear her new necklace there, which holds some of her mom's remains.


Before her death, Anna expressed her desire to gift iPads to her children. According to TMZ reports tablets have already been given to children, as the family aims to honor one of Anna's last wishes.

Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell, the daughter of reality TV personality Mama June Shannon, passed away at the age of 29 due to complications from stage four adrenal carcinoma. Shannon shared the news of her daughter's demise on December 9 through an Instagram post.

Cardwell, known for her role in the reality show "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" alongside her sister, was diagnosed with stage 4 adrenal carcinoma in January.

The family attended her funeral in Georgia, where the intention was to cremate Anna after the memorial.

Cardwell and Shannon's relationship has been visibly tense for years. Before the family spinoff show, Cardwell left Shannon's house in 2003 to live with her grandmother. In 2014, TLC canceled the show amidst rumors of Shannon's romantic involvement with her ex-boyfriend and convicted sex offender, Mark McDaniel. Cardwell then disclosed that McDaniel had sexually assaulted her at the age of 8.
