American YouTuber Trisha Paytas on Tuesday (July 22, 2025) announced the name of her third child, who is a baby boy. She named him Aquaman. Paytas, 37, revealed the name of her third child on her “Just Trish” podcast, confirming that he was born on July 12, 2025 (Saturday).

The new member of the Paytas family joined older sisters Malibu Barbie, born in September 2022, and Elvis, born in June 2024. Aquaman, the name Paytas gave her third child, marked the continuation of the couple’s trend of bold, unconventional baby names.

She named her third child Aquaman based on two themes: movie posters and water, according to the radio network Capital.

Paytas welcomed her daughter in September 2022 and named her Malibu Barbie Paytas-Hacmon, while her second child, born in May 2024, was named Elvis Paytas-Hacmon.

In the past, Trisha had elaborated that once they knew they were having a boy, their ideas for baby names shifted, and they started looking at movie posters. "I was like, we have to have a movie poster because we had the Barbie poster and the Elvis poster. We have to have another iconic name poster up in our house," she stated.

Explaining the water theme, she later went on to say, "Cancer [the baby's star sign] is a water sign. Moses loves water. So then we're like, okay, we need to think of something like water-themed. So then, think of a water-themed movie. It just became like, Titanic."

In the baby name reveal podcast episode, she revealed that she liked 'Water Snake' in honor of Moses' poem. They also considered 'Waterworld,' the 1995 Kevin Costner film, but they eventually settled on Aquaman Moses Paytas-Hacmon.

Weeks ahead of her son’s birth, Paytas humorously teased fans with a list of whimsical name contenders, including “Lemon,” “Squeezie,” “Squooshie,” and even “Benihana.” Ultimately, the couple landed on Aquaman, a name Paytas said made her think, “I wish that was my name.”
