Malaysia landslide kills 21 campers, several others missing as search ops underway

Families were sleeping in tents at the time of the landslide, which occurred at a farm stay in the Batang Kali township at 03:30 on Friday (19:00 GMT Thursday).

According to local media, 400 rescue personnel spent Friday sifting through the mud, searching for 12 missing people. According to officials, 12 women and five children were among the victims.
