Flores said these trailers are where celebrities come for makeup before performing at events. She stated Royal Buses provide trailers for "everything," like the Times Square ball drop, the Macy's day parade, and other events.
She added that Royal Buses had been in business for over 13 years. According to Flores, the fire was discovered by the company's groundskeeper, who came to work around 6:00 am. However, no injuries took place during the incident. Flores noted that seven trailers were destroyed in the fire. She said all seven trailers were intended to be used at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. As per Flores, the company has a second location in the tri-state area, from where additional backup buses will be roped in to replace the trailers destroyed in the fire.
