Napoli secured their fourth Serie A title with a 2-0 victory over Cagliari at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona. Goals from Scott McTominay and Romelu Lukaku ensured the Partenopei finished the season one point ahead of Inter Milan, who also won their final match 2-0 against Como.

The Napoli vs Cagliari match began with early pressure from Napoli. In the fifth minute, Giacomo Raspadori narrowly missed the target following a corner. Cagliari goalkeeper Alen Sherri then denied Billy Gilmour after a counterattack. Despite their efforts, Napoli struggled to break down Cagliari's defense in the first half.

In the 42nd minute, McTominay delivered a moment of brilliance. Matteo Politano's cross found the Scottish midfielder, who executed a stunning bicycle kick to give Napoli the lead. This goal was McTominay's 12th in Serie A, capping off a remarkable debut season in Italy.

In the second half, Napoli continued to press for a second goal. In the 52nd minute, Lukaku doubled the lead with a powerful finish past Sherri. The Belgian striker's goal was his 14th of the season, making him Napoli's top scorer.

Despite Inter Milan's victory over Como, Napoli's win ensured they remained at the top of the standings. Manager Antonio Conte's tactical acumen and leadership were instrumental in guiding Napoli to their second Serie A title in three years.

The title race was one of the most competitive in recent memory, with Napoli and Inter Milan exchanging the top spot throughout the season. Napoli's consistency throughout the tournament ultimately secured them the championship.
