On Monday, Netflix unveiled its annual lineup of Korean films and series, promising another robust year of K-content in 2024, with the return of some of its most beloved global shows.

One of the most anticipated announcements is the confirmation of a second season for Netflix's flagship international series, Squid Game, though a release date is yet to be revealed. Additionally, viewers can look forward to second seasons of reality survival series Physical 100, fantasy series Hellbound, reality show Zombieverse, and mystery drama Gyeongseong Creature.

Adding to the excitement are several new series, including the period drama Uprising, co-written and co-produced by renowned Korean filmmaker Park Chan-wook (known for works like Oldboy and Decision to Leave). Netflix is also adapting popular webtoons into series, with titles such as A Killer Paradox, The 8 Show, and Parasyte: The Grey.

In the realm of reality television, Netflix is set to launch intriguing new shows that are sure to spark conversation. The Influencer pits social media influencers against each other in a battle for clout and followers, while Agents of Mystery follows six agents as they tackle crime-solving missions.

The K-Content lineup for 2024 also boasts an array of original films, including the already released Badland Hunters, a sequel to Concrete Utopia, the action-packed Officer Black Belt, the compelling drama My Name is Loh Kiwan, and the epic disaster film The Great Flood.
