In a rather lengthy statement, Daedalic Entertainment said that its team has noted the concerns related to the game and pledged to continue “working diligently to address the bugs and technical issues many of you experienced”.

Since the release of the Gollum game, it has been hit with backlash on the internet even for its appearance. Lord Of The Rings: Gollum is set between the events that took place in The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. The video game is also said to have several bugs, impossible puzzles, failure in registering button presses among other issues.

The developers have said that they will issue updates about the progress they make for the game through patches.
