Dolly Parton has brought together the two remaining members of The Beatles for her new version of their 1970 hit, "Let It Be."

Paul McCartney sings and plays piano, while Ringo Starr handles the drums in Parton's cover. They are joined by Peter Frampton on guitar and Mick Fleetwood on additional percussion.

"Let It Be" is one of the songs from Parton's upcoming album "Rockstar," which contains 30 tracks. The album, set to release on November 17, features a host of famous guests including Elton John, Pink, Sting, Brandi Carlile, Sheryl Crow and others.


The album includes appearances by Chris Stapleton, Simon Le Bon, Richie Sambora, Ronnie McDowell, John Fogerty, Melissa Etheridge, Michael McDonald, Stevie Nicks, Lizzo, Debbie Harry, Steve Perry, Pat Benatar, Ann Wilson and the Jordanaires.

Out of the 30 songs on "Rockstar," nine are original compositions, while the remaining 21 are covers of well-known rock tunes.

Parton had previously pledged to create a rock-oriented album after her induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. The album fulfills this promise and reflects her desire to have a genuine rock record to her name.

Upon releasing "Let It Be," Parton expressed her enthusiasm, stating, "Singing 'Let It Be' alongside Paul McCartney, the song's writer, and having him play the piano is just incredible.
