Kylie Jenner bought a 13,200-square-foot Hidden Hills mansion for $12.05 million in 2016; nearly 10 years later, she sold it for $15.3 million, a $3.25 million gain

Kylie Jenner, the American socialite, has finally recently managed to sell her longtime Hidden Hills mansion for $15.3 million, ending her days there by selling the property for a considerably lower amount than she had anticipated in the first place, as per a report. While she had listed the mansion for $20.25 million in March, but then it ultimately sold for $15.3 million, that was $5 million less than the asking price. However, she did manage to turn a profit on the real estate deal, as she had bought it for $12.05 million in late 2016 when she was 19 years, as per a Daily Mail report.

Kylie Jenner’s Hidden Hills Mansion Sells for $15.3 Million

The eight-bedroom property occupies a 1.4-acre plot of land and was constructed in 2014, which Jenner acquired in addition to the other two homes she acquired in Hidden Hills within a span of 18 months.

She had bought her first Hidden Hills property for $2.7 million at 17, followed by another nearby home for $6 million. While those two properties were sold relatively soon after she bought them, the largest of the three became a longtime base for Jenner and her two children, Stormi and Aire.


Over the years, Jenner extensively renovated the mansion with the help of celebrity interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard.

Inside Kylie Jenner’s Former Mansion

The house had been designed on the concept of an open layout that had huge glass doors linking up the indoor areas with the outdoor areas.

It had eight bedrooms and eight full bathrooms. There was also a guest bedroom suite that came with its own separate entrance, kitchenette, seating area, and courtyard.

The primary suite had a private sitting area, two large walk-in closets, a stone soaking tub and a balcony overlooking the grounds.

The mansion also included a chef’s kitchen with two islands, a great room and multiple living spaces. Other features included a home theater, wet bar, game room, gym, massage room and an office with a fireplace.

This property had been set up to entertain with a bar, a billiards table, video games, and cocktail tables that were built-in such a way to accommodate ice, champagne, and caviar.

On the exterior of the house, there was a pool and spa, a spacious patio, an outdoor kitchen, and a fire pit area. The yard had big trees around it for privacy, but on the interior of the house, there were many windows.

Jenner Gave the Home a Personal Touch

Jenner’s renovations gave the mansion a distinctly personal style. In a 2019 interview, she said she wanted a “fresh, fun vibe” and that color was important to her, as reported by Daily Mail.

Bullard described the property as Jenner’s “first really grown-up house.” The interiors featured bold artwork, custom furnishings, colorful lighting and lavish dressing rooms.

Her closets and glam room were particularly personalized. Jenner said they were designed down to the size of individual drawers to fit her beauty products and clothes.

Now that the property has sold for $15.3 million, one of Jenner’s longtime Hidden Hills homes has officially left her portfolio. The sale also closes the chapter on a mansion she bought nearly a decade ago and transformed into a highly personalized family home.
