Kristin Cabot is married to Andrew Cabot, a sixth-generation descendant of the famed Cabot family and current owner of Privateer Rum. The Cabots are one of the few families widely regarded as part of the original First Families of Boston.

Former Astronomer Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot, 52, was recently seen in public without her wedding ring, for the first time since the viral Coldplay kiss cam incident, fueling speculation about the personal consequences of the scandal.

Photographs obtained exclusively by the Daily Mail show Cabot near her $2.2 million Rye, New Hampshire home watering plants barefoot and notably without her ring, a clear departure from previous appearances where she was seen wearing it.

Kristin is married to Andrew Cabot, CEO of Privateer Rum, who has not been publicly seen with her since the incident. Andrew, heir to the Cabot family fortune of $15.4 billion was also nowhere present in the pictures featuring Kristin.

The absence of her wedding ring is being widely interpreted as an indication of possible strain on their marriage in the wake of the scandal, though neither has made any public comments on the matter.

This development comes after Cabot resigned from her HR chief role at Astronomer days following the incident, which involved her and then-CEO Andy Byron sharing an intimate embrace on the stadium’s kiss cam during a Coldplay concert at Gillette Stadium on July 16, 2025.

The moment quickly went viral, attracting global attention and prompting an internal investigation at Astronomer. Byron resigned as CEO shortly thereafter, and Cabot's departure was confirmed on July 24, 2025.

Astronomer has focused its public messaging on leadership accountability and company values, emphasizing that the resignations were in response to conduct standards not being met. The company appointed co-founder Pete DeJoy as interim CEO to provide stability following the dual leadership exits.
