Authorities responded to multiple noise complaints from neighbors after a live performance by Bruno Mars reportedly sent sound levels soaring. Officers issued a warning to event organizers before returning later to address another issue: large artificial hedges placed in the street to shield the party from view.
Police said the dividers required a special city permit that had not been obtained, leading to their removal as guests began leaving the event.
