Dan Harmon announced the renewal of "Krapopolis" for a fourth season during Fox’s Animation Domination panel at San Diego Comic-Con. This announcement was made before the premiere of Season 3 on September 29.

Series Overview

"Krapopolis" is set in mythical ancient Greece. The story revolves around a dysfunctional family of humans, gods, and monsters. They attempt to run one of the world’s first cities while dealing with their own conflicts. The main voice cast includes Hannah Waddingham, Richard Ayoade, Matt Berry, Pam Murphy, and Duncan Trussell.

Emmy Nomination

The series has received its first Emmy nomination. Hannah Waddingham is recognized for Outstanding Character Voice-Over Performance for her role as "Deliria."

Characters

Richard Ayoade voices "Tyrannis," the mortal son of a goddess and the King of Krapopolis. He tries to lead his city effectively. Hannah Waddingham plays "Deliria," Tyrannis' mother and the goddess of self-destruction. She is more interested in gaining worshipers than actually protecting civilization. Matt Berry voices "Shlub," Tyrannis’ father, a mantitaur who enjoys a carefree life. Pam Murphy voices "Stupendous," Tyrannis’ half-sister and a cyclops. Duncan Trussell plays "Hippocampus," Tyrannis’ half-brother, who is part mermaid and part manticore.
