Koru is a classical style vessel designed by the Dykstra Naval Architecture having a navy-blue steel hull, aluminium superstructures, sweeping canoe sterns and a trio of soaring masts. Unlike other billionaire’s yacht, Koru is focusing on sustainability and it is also being photographed regularly while sailing. Various reports indicate that the vessel converts wave induced motion in to electrical energy and it has features of hybrid power system with large battery tanks.
Building an Exceptional Helipad, controversies surrounding the vessel and meaning of the Koru
Damen Yachting from Holland has built a huge rear deck helipad and hangar which will be enough to accommodate and Airbus ACH-135 helicopter.
