Following the October 11 lawsuit filed by Lauren Pisciotta, West's former assistant, accusing the ‘Can't Tell Me Nothing’ rapper of sexual assault during a studio session cohosted by Sean Diddy Combs, tensions between the couple are obviously on the rise.

After drinking something that the Grammy winner gave her that was allegedly laced, Pisciotta, who worked for the Chicago native from 2021 to 2022, claimed she was the victim of sexual battery at his hand, as quoted in a report by In Touch.

Pisciotta also made a number of startling allegations, such as that Ye had a kink for having intimacy with his partners' mothers.

The complaint was a follow-up to an earlier lawsuit in which Pisciotta claimed she had been fired without cause. West's attorneys refuted the allegations, stating that Pisciotta had sexually pursued him to coerce employment and other material benefits. As reported by In Touch, West claimed that after Pisciotta's advances were rejected, she attempted to blackmail him.

Kanye will be bringing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta in response to these unfounded accusations, the statement from West's attorneys stated. Kanye's team has denied the allegations and intends to file a countersuit against the accused. Ms. Pisciotta attempted to destroy phone records that would refute her claims by stealing his cell phone before she was fired as an assistant, but all of the records were preserved.
