Jasveen Sangha, a.k.a 'Ketamine Queen', had a vast distribution network for the procurement and supply of ketamine illegally and allegedly she is the one who supplied Matthew Perry with cast amounts of ketamine through his personal assistant or his doctors.Her name cropped up in the investigation soon after the death and apparently, Sangha had also got the inclination that she could be allegedly implicated in this particular case and had even asked her associates to delete all texts and correspondence in regard to Matthew Perry's ketamine supplies. There are rumors that she is an Indian-origin woman, living in California, having a North Hollywood address.

Sangha was hand in gloves with Perry's doctor Salvador Plasencia, and even with his live-in assistant Kenneth Iwamasa.
