Kenya Supreme Court will issue a final ruling on a suit that contested the results of the presidential election last month. The three-day hearing of the consolidated petition was concluded on Friday, at which point the seven-member court adjourned to ponder the verdict.
In a closely contested election, Raila Odinga, the candidate who lost, claims that the vote was rigged in favour of William Ruto. The electoral commission and Oga
Ruto's attorneys refute the allegations. This is Oga Odinga's third attempt to have the Supreme Court overturn election results. Ruto and Odinga don't agree that they should accept the court's ruling regarding the presidential petition.
Judges base their decisions on the nine concerns that were brought up for the combined petition.
How was the hearing on the presidential election petition concluded in Kenya?
Different parties' legal teams do not include their oral arguments in the petition.
Attorneys for the petitioners accuse the election commission of disobeying orders to open servers for inspection during Friday's proceedings.

Otieno is not alone. Three in four people said they wanted single-use plastics banned as soon as possible in a study released this month ahead of the treaty talks.

With lawyers making their arguments on top of the petition to the seven-judge bench, this marks the conclusion of a difficult legal battle for the highest court in the country.
Attorneys for Raila Odinga, the leader of the opposition, asked the court to overturn William Ruto's victory due to irregularities.

The Dems claim that they will have the complaint dismissed by the court since there is no proof to support the claim that the elections were manipulated.
