Drake & 21 Savage and Lil Durk featuring J. Cole, each won two awards. Lil Uzi Vert and Metro Boomin also won two awards.

'All My Life' received two other awards — best collaboration and impact track. This award is presented as a “song that moves our culture forward with social commentary, political discourse, or other thought-provoking lyrics.”

Ice Spice was declared the best breakthrough hip hop artist. As GloRilla won in the category last year, it is the first time that women have won back-to-back awards in this category.
