'Kay' aftermath: Heavy rainfall lashes Southern California. Know areas under high risk
Tropical Rain Storm called Kay reduced to form a post-tropical cyclone. The storm weakened on Saturday and traveled away from Baja, California. The reports of the National Hurricane Center clarified the same.
