The table had confetti and decorations, and a chair held silver and pink balloons shaped like the number 28.

The food included donuts, fruit, water, and coffee. Gifts included a bag from luxury brand Louis Vuitton; Karoline often carries the $2,170 monogram Neverfull tote bag.
