Karoline Leavitt announced on Thursday that she and her husband welcomed their second child, a baby girl named Viviana. Leavitt shared the happy news in a post on X and said the baby was born on May 1. She wrote that “Viviana aka ‘Vivi’ joined our family, and our hearts instantly exploded with love” according to her social media post shared by Fox News.

Leavitt said her daughter is “perfect and healthy,” according to her statement on X. She also shared that her older son is happy about the new baby and is adjusting well to having a younger sister. Leavitt said her family is spending time together and enjoying their “blissful newborn bubble”. She thanked people who prayed for her during the pregnancy and said she felt those prayers throughout the experience.
