Kanye West is so terrified by Diddy's human trafficking lawsuit that he's afraid to return to the U.S. Will he abandon his new $35 million mansion?

Kanye West is reportedly avoiding the United States due to lawsuits and concerns about Diddy's legal issues, despite recently purchasing a $35 million Beverly Hills mansion.

Amid Diddy's alleged human trafficking case, Kanye West is reportedly terrified to return to the United States.

Less than three months after spending an incredible $35 million on a brand-new megamansion in Beverly Hills, Kanye West is reportedly terrified to return to the U.S. due to the fact that he is facing multiple lawsuits and allegations that he and his wife, Bianca Censori, have moved to Tokyo.

That extremely expensive real estate purchase has reportedly gone mostly unoccupied as West, 47, and Censori, 30, who were married in 2022, live overseas in an alleged effort to limit their time in the United States. This is reportedly due to the shocking human trafficking case against Sean "Diddy" Combs, as quoted in a report by Realtor.

Why is Kanye staying overseas?

Despite not being named in any of the charges against his former close friend Diddy, West is reportedly worried that he might be subject to a similar legal storm due to sexual assault claims made against him by Lauren Pisciotta, his former assistant.

In her lawsuit, Pisciotta first accused West of wrongful termination in June, saying that he had fired her because she had refused to do sexual favours for him. Since then, she has made a number of shocking accusations against him. In October, she then added several more startling allegations to her legal complaint, including one that she says happened at a studio session that West and Combs hosted.

Although West has refuted every one of her claims, sources claim that he is still keen to stay out of any possible connection with Combs' legal issues. Kanye is scared of all this stuff with Diddy.

Kanye West has been spotted back on U.S. soil on a handful of occasions within the past year, but he appears to have been spending the majority of his time travelling, which begs the question: Why did he choose to invest in such a pricey pad in Beverly Hills? The rapper forked out an enormous amount for the abode, despite having just taken a huge $36 million loss on a Malibu beach house that he purchased for $57.25 million in 2021.
