Kamala Harris and Donald Trump are indulged in an intense political rivalry at this point, and looking at the uncertainty of a clear winner in the polls, things are looking quite complicated in some of the key battleground states, including Michigan and Wisconsin, suggest latest poll data.

Who is ahead in Michigan and Wisconsin?

The latest NYT/Siena College opinion poll data clearly indicates that Harris ahead of Trump by just 1% margin in Michigan, with the total percentage of polls in Harris' haul standing at 48%. Meanwhile, in Wisconsin, Kamala Harris holds 49% support in comparison to Donald Trump's 47%, according to the polls. This is a clear indicator that these two battleground states may end up voting on behalf of Harris, but the margin of error could end up messing things up, if things went sideways by just one inch.

The margin of error for this NYT/Siena College opinion poll stands at a whopping 4%, and therefore, a split in this margin, could end up changing the tallies entirely. Moreover both the candidates now need to focus on the Electoral College, which is of utmost importance at the moment, as it would be the final decider in the Trump-Harris rivalry for the White House.

More campaigns to go

With just a few weeks remaining for the US polls 2024, both the campaign teams need to refresh their strategies and go for an all-out attack, if they are to get an edge in the key swing states of the US, here the competition is the highest. It is yet to be seen what could be the outcome of a news campaign strategy by both teams.
