Justin Bieber’s long-time personal assistant Mateo Caldas has stepped down from his role to focus on his acting career. Caldas worked closely with Bieber and his wife Hailey since 2018. He, however, has not commented on his departure from the team.

As per media reports, his resignation is part of a broader shift within Bieber’s team. His team has been undergoing a shift with him parting ways with former manager Scooter Braum and financial manager Lou Taylor’s company TriStar.

Reports indicate that Bieber felt betrayed by TriStar over alleged financial mismanagement. However, the company has denied any wrongdoing. He has since hired Edward White, who has also managed Johnny Depp’s finances.
