Justin Baldoni’s legal team claims Taylor Swift's ally confirmed Blake Lively threatened to leak texts despite judge’s clear ruling

Justin Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, said that Blake Lively tried to force Taylor Swift to publicly support her because Taylor didn’t go to the Super Bowl this year. This claim was made in a letter that Freedman sent to Judge Lewis J. Liman on Wednesday, May 14, as per court documents obtained by People.

Then on Thursday, Judge Liman ruled in favor of Blake Lively’s legal team. The judge removed Freedman’s letter and affidavit from the case, saying the info was “improper” and “not related to the case.” He also said that if Freedman misuses the court again, he could face punishment.

After winning the case, Lively’s lawyers told Us Weekly that the judge acted quickly and recognized that Freedman’s accusations were “irrelevant, improper, and meant to stir trouble.”
